REELCODEX

Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-01

These terms govern your use of Reelcodex. By creating an account you agree to them. The English version governs; translations are provided for convenience.

1. Who we are

Reelcodex is operated by Wearablock Incorporated (the "Company"), registered in the Republic of Korea.

· Representative: HONG SUNG HYUN

· Business registration number: 597-86-02879

· Mail-order sales registration: 2025-Gyeonggi Gimpo-10656

· Address: 170, Gimpohangang 10-ro, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do 10071, Republic of Korea

· Contact: support@reelcodex.com

2. The service

Reelcodex turns a written synopsis into short films. You describe characters and locations, we generate reference images and lock them, then generate video shot by shot and merge the result.

Generation runs on third-party AI models. Output quality varies and is not guaranteed. We do not promise that any particular shot will match what you imagined.

3. Your account

You must be at least 14 years old to use Reelcodex. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by someone you gave access to.

We sign you in by email link. Keep access to that mailbox — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

4. Credits

Generation is paid for in credits. A subscription grants credits every month; you can also buy top-ups.

· Credits from a subscription expire at the end of each billing period. They do not roll over.

· Credits you purchased as top-ups do not expire, and remain available if you cancel your subscription.

· Credits are spent from the subscription balance first, so the expiring balance is used before the permanent one.

· If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits are returned automatically. Output you simply do not like is not a technical failure and is not refunded.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

5. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as merchant of record and reseller. Your purchase contract for payment purposes is with Polar, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction. Taxes and invoices are handled by Polar.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Because credits are consumed immediately and the underlying costs are incurred at that moment, spent credits are not refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

6. What you make is yours

You own the images and videos you generate, to the extent such ownership is possible under applicable law. We claim no rights in your output beyond what we need to store, process and deliver it to you.

We do not use your synopses, prompts or generated content to train our own models. Third-party providers process this content to produce output; see the Privacy Policy for who they are.

AI-generated material may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions. We make no representation about the legal status of your output.

7. What you must not do

· Upload images of real people without their permission, or use anyone's likeness in a way that misleads.

· Create sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal where you are or where we operate.

· Impersonate a real person or organisation, or create material designed to deceive about real events.

· Attempt to bypass credit deduction, access other users' data, or interfere with the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. If a claim is brought against us because of your content, you agree to cover the resulting costs.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will tell you first.

8. Your content and how long we keep it

We keep your projects and generated files for as long as your account exists, so that a film you made remains reproducible.

When you delete something, it disappears from your view immediately and is permanently removed 30 days later. Within those 30 days it can be restored.

If you close your account, we delete your content on the same 30-day schedule.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party model providers can fail or change without notice, and features may change or be removed as a result.

If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Korean law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give notice at least 7 days before it takes effect, and 30 days where the change is unfavourable to you. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
