Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-08-01

This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else processes it. The English version governs; translations are provided for convenience.

1. What we collect

· Your email address, used to sign you in and to contact you about your account.

· What you write in the product: project titles, synopses, character and location descriptions, shot text and dialogue.

· What you generate: reference images, shot videos and finished films.

· Images you upload, if you choose to upload any.

· Usage records needed to run the service: credit ledger entries, generation attempts and their outcomes, and server logs.

We do not collect payment card details. Those go directly to our payment provider.

2. Why we use it

To provide the service — generating and storing your films, deducting and refunding credits, and keeping your work reproducible.

To contact you about your account, including sign-in links and billing notices.

To detect abuse and to keep our costs and margins measurable in aggregate.

We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Who else processes it

Providing this service requires sending your content to companies outside Korea. They process it only to perform the task and under contract with us.

· fal.ai (United States) — image and video generation. Receives your prompts and reference images.

· Google (United States) — text models used to suggest characters, locations and shot breakdowns. Receives your synopsis and related text. We use a paid tier, under which input is not used to improve their models.

· Supabase (United States) — database, authentication and image storage. Receives your account data and everything you write.

· Cloudflare (United States) — application hosting and video storage. Receives your generated videos and network requests.

· Polar Software, Inc. (United States) — payment processing as merchant of record. Receives your email and payment details.

· Resend (United States) — delivery of sign-in emails. Receives your email address.

4. Transfers outside Korea

The providers above store and process data in the United States and other countries. By using the service you agree to this transfer, which is necessary to provide it.

The categories of data, purposes and retention are as described in this policy. You may refuse the transfer, but in that case we cannot provide the service, since generation cannot happen without it.

5. How long we keep it

· Account data: while your account exists.

· Projects and generated files: while your account exists, so your films stay reproducible.

· Deleted items: removed permanently 30 days after you delete them. Restorable within that window.

· Credit ledger: retained after deletion where required for tax and accounting.

· Server logs: a short period, for troubleshooting and abuse detection.

6. Your rights

You can view, correct, export or delete your data. Most of it you can do yourself in the product; for anything else, write to us and we will act without undue delay.

You can withdraw consent and close your account at any time. Deletion follows the 30-day schedule above.

7. Cookies

We use cookies only for things the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, and remembering the language you chose.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Security

Generated files are stored in private buckets and are served only to the account that owns them. Access is checked on every request.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

9. Who is responsible

Wearablock Incorporated is the controller of this data.

· Privacy officer: HONG SUNG HYUN (Representative Director)
